Summary0000829: [BFX-AT100] During watching TV, It happen a screen issue.

as talked in webchat, SKB voc is increasing about video blinking issue more and more.
Yesterday received one box from Product team and captured a log. please see a log.
if you have some method for debugging. please let me know it.

when it happen an issue at 16h48m and I re-pugged HDMI cable at 17:01.
but it happen blinked issue.

for your reference , I also update a video clip about same issue from SKB VOC.

as request from Jingyu, I updated sd image and enable liveplayer log and capture a log.
please refer to this.
it can find google updated item in a log.. please also check about it.

we may need to check whether if this box is related to HW issue or not.. since it happen a blinking issue a several times during 10 min.
sometimes is restarted HomeUI.

Hi Jason,

To check if this issue is caused by crash process, you can try to check log with some filter.
For example, you can check if the crash log prints while issue happens.

I also checked EDID information, and it looks fine.
Let's check on the crash log first.

yes it is right. when happen a crash, a screen is blinked.
please attach a log. time is 11h04(3times) , 11h05(3times),11h06(1times).

if it is related to SW Problem, it is a big issue. I hope this issue is related to HW problem of this box ( memory isn't enough...).
how can we check this board about memory part?
